Super Travel is not only a VTC/Taxi application, but a local Swiss brand developed by Technologies VTC Suisse (The Cooperative Society of Independent VTC Drivers). We are redefining transport in Switzerland through our commitment to excellence.

These general conditions apply to the mobile applications and/website/call center of SCCVI/STV (Super Travel User) in Switzerland and worldwide. The SCCVI/STV Super Travel User App/Web/CT services allow you to request services from SCCVI/STV providers or directly from Technologies VTC. For more information, please visit this page. For Services Provided by SCCVI/STV members, you may be asked to agree to separate terms that govern your use of those services. Please read these Terms carefully. They include information about the services and your rights, as well as other important information. You contract with a cooperative company of independent VTC drivers or Society Technologies VTC Sarl, established in Geneva-Switzerland, capital of 100 francs, Ref number: 12527/2022 in the Geneva commercial register under number CHE-265.559.058 / CHE- 492.245.540 and having its offices at 54 route de Veyrier, 1227 Carouge, Switzerland. Information on the racing broadcaster

The STV pursues an ideal goal aimed at ensuring dignified living conditions that respect the rules in force in the canton of Geneva and federally for its members, mainly VTC Drivers.

1- The aim of the cooperative society and STV is to promote and offer its members the possibility of carrying out an activity as an independent VTC driver or employees in excellent conditions and in their own interest.

2- This includes in particular the establishment and operation of a local digital platform for broadcasting races in the interest of its members and socially responsible.

3- This presupposes conditions of registration to the platform and use of the platform offering maximum autonomy to its members, while respecting public security, public order, the environment, rules relating to the use of public domain, fairness in commercial transactions, price transparency as well as compliance with requirements regarding working conditions, social standards and the fight against undeclared work.

4- "Super Travel User" means Technologies VTC or one of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies

("We" or "us"). "Super Travel User" means the brands of VTC Technologies, including Super Travel, Super Delivery, Super Eats and Super Flight. "Services Provided by SCCVI/STV. » Refers to the services which are provided to you directly by a cooperative society of independent or salaried VTC drivers and which may be subject to separate conditions. These services may include in particular delivery services under the brand Super Travel, Super Delivery Meals/Goods, Super Flight. "Names, Brands or Works of VTC Technologies" means the company names, logos, product or service names, product brands, service marks, and commercial presentations, other signs of ownership or copyright of VTC Technologies. 1. Summary

1.1 These Terms govern your use of "Super Travel User" mobile applications, call centers and websites. You must carefully read and accept these Conditions before any creation of your customer account via the mobile applications and/websites of "Super Travel User", the creation of a customer account being a mandatory prerequisite to be able to request the Services Provided by SCCVI /STV. Acceptance of these Conditions creates a contractual relationship between you and the Members (service providers) of SCCVI/STV. These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreements or arrangements between you and SCCVI/STV Members (providers) regarding the App/Web/CT Services (as defined below).

1.2 These Terms apply to the extent that they do not conflict with the terms of use and any additional terms that apply specifically to the mobile applications and/or the SCCVI/STV website You will be asked to to accept these types of conditions separately.

1.3 Super Travel User Platform (App/Web/CT) acts as a direct technology platform for SCCVI services and as a service provider for services provided by SCCVI/STV providers.

2. Services App (Super Travel user)/Site center.

2.1 The services provided to you by SCCVI/STV members (service providers) include:

2.1.1 Access and use of mobile applications, CT and SCCVI/STV websites which allow you to request and receive SCCVI/STV Services and/or Services Provided by Super Travel user.

2.1.2 Payment collection and processing services (including issuing invoices and receipts on behalf of SCCVI/STV Providers) allowing us to invoice you and remit the amounts paid to the bank account of the SCCVI Providers /STV for the Services of SCCVI/STV or on the bank account of the SCCVI members for the Services Provided by SCCVI (Technologies VTC may have these services provided on its behalf by affiliates or third parties) (Collectively the "App Services/ Web/CT").

2.2 These Terms govern your use of the App/Web/CT services in Switzerland and around the world.

2.3 The Super Travel User applications/CT/website will be made available to you under different Super Travel Brands.

2.4 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Apps/Web Services, call center are made available to you only for your personal and commercial use.

2.5 You may request and receive Services from SCCVI or Services Provided by Super Travel via the mobile applications/CT and/websites of SCCVI.

3- Super Travel User Services

3.1 For SCCVI/STV Services, Super Travel acts as a technology platform directly between you and the SCCVI/STV Providers to enable the SCCVI Providers to provide their services to you. Super Travel does not provide SCCVI/STV services. All SCCVI/STV Service Providers are members of SCCVI/ STV and are independent contractors or other types of businesses and are not employed by SCCVI/ STV Super Travel User.

3.2 When you are connected, online and near SCCVI/STV Providers who are also connected to the mobile applications/CT/SCCVI website, you receive information about the SCCVI Services through the mobile applications/CT and/websites of SCCVI before you decide to apply.

3.3 To the extent permitted by law, SCCVI Service Providers (for SCCVI Services) and Super Travel (for Services Provided by SCCVI/STV members (Service Providers)) are free to decide whether to accept or reject a request.

3.4 For certain SCCVI/STV Services, you may be required to agree to separate terms and conditions before using those SCCVI/STV Services.

4. Services Provided by Super Travel User

For services provided by Super Travel (such as delivery services under the Super Travel brand, Super Delivery, Super Eats, Super Flight), the SCCVI / STV service providers act as the service provider. The specific conditions governing the services provided by SCCVI/STV providers are regulated in additional conditions or in a separate agreement.

5. Purpose of the contract

These general conditions of use (hereinafter the "Conditions of Use") govern access to and use of the mobile, Web, CT application operated by the company Technologies VTC Sarl (CHE-492.245.540 , hereinafter: company Technologies VTC Sarl located in Geneva (Route de Veyrier 54, 1227 Carouge GE) The use of the application, Web, CT Super Travel User/Driver (hereinafter "the Application") is. conditioned on acceptance of these Conditions of Use The service provided by SCCVI/STV consists of the provision through the Application, web and telephone center of a connection platform allowing third party providers. transport services registered as users of the Super Travel system (hereinafter "the Driver(s)") to offer their trips to people looking for a transport service (hereinafter "the Customer(s)) ", or "you"); the latter can, through the Super Travel platform, transmit their travel orders directly to the Drivers.

The Application is aimed at transport cars with drivers used for professional passenger transport and delivery (hereinafter "the VTC(s)").

The platform acts as a simple intermediary between the customer and the driver. Super Travel connects drivers and customers and does not offer transportation services.

6. Use of App/Web/Call Center Services

6.1 Ordering a ride when activating the Application your geolocation data will be accessible and you will have to enter your destination address. If you have turned off the geolocation function or if you do not want to be picked up at your location according to your GPS, you will need to enter your pick-up address in addition to your destination address. The application will offer you the car closest to you, corresponding to your request and showing for each vehicle the estimated time of arrival of the vehicle at your pick-up point or at your destination and the estimated price of the race. You order the vehicle of your choice by clicking on it. The contract for the transport service is concluded when you have clicked on the vehicle of your choice and the Driver has accepted the trip. The Driver will confirm the trip and you will see the indication from his account appear on your screen that he is on his way. From this moment, you communicate directly with the Driver. If the ordered vehicle is no longer available, the Customer can select another vehicle from the list by clicking on it. As soon as your Driver is on the road, you will see on the screen the first and last name, the professional driver number/driving license, the driver's photo and the vehicle registration number. You can also contact the Driver by phone or text message at any time. The Driver can do the same with you. Telecommunications transmitted by telephone network such as calls or text messages generate costs payable by the transmitter. Your Driver will inform you via the Application of his arrival at the pick-up location. Once the race has started, you will receive a notification from the Driver, through the application. At this time, the following information will be visible to the Customer: the Driver's first and last name, his telephone number and his professional card number. From the moment the Driver goes to the pick-up location, until the end of the trip and its invoicing, you are in direct contact with the Driver without application intervention.

6.2 Cancellation of the order and cancellation fees

The customer can cancel an order at any time before the start of the race by clicking on the "Cancel Race" button visible in the bottom tab of the screen. Any cancellation of an order more than 4 minutes after its acceptance by the Driver (display of "I am on my way") will result in cancellation fees. The Customer will be informed of this through the Application. However, if the Driver is more than 5 minutes late at the pick-up location compared to the time initially estimated by the Application, cancellation by the Customer does not give rise to any cancellation fees. Please note that if the customer does not show up at the pick-up location 5 minutes after the arrival of their driver, the driver has the right to cancel the order which will result in cancellation fees.

6.3 Driver waiting/waiting costs

If the Customer does not appear in front of the ordered vehicle within the first second after the driver arrives at the pick-up location, a waiting fee of 0.50 CHF (this depends on the car category) per additional minute will begin to accrue. And will be added to the price of the trip. The Customer will be systematically informed via the Application. Disabled or elderly customers (person with reduced mobility) will not be charged for the first 6 minutes. If a disabled or elderly customer (person with reduced mobility) does not appear in front of the ordered vehicle within 6 minutes of the driver's arrival at the pick-up location, a waiting fee of CHF 0.50 per additional minute will be added at the price. The customer will be systematically informed via the Application.

6.4 Receipt for waiting/cancellation fees

Any cancellation costs will, like the price of a trip, be the subject of a receipt which will be notified to you as soon as possible and which can also be consulted via the Application/Web/CT.

7. Estimation of travel time and distance of races

Depending on your race options, your location and current availability, you will have the choice between categories of vehicles with, among other things, as mentioned above, the indication on the Application for each vehicle of a range or fixed price for the race with a minimum price and a maximum price or fixed price. The price range displayed is estimated or set by Super Travel for each race taking into account the estimated distance of the race, the duration of the race and the fare level applied within the limits of applicable law. The Application will determine the actual calculated amount of the race based on the actual race data (final distance, duration of the race) and depending on the fare level. For VTCs, the final price (based on the actual calculated amount of the trip) which you will be charged cannot exceed the maximum of the initial price range or fixed price, which is a guaranteed price. Notwithstanding the above, the final price of the trip could exceed the maximum price of the estimated range if, for example, there are waiting costs for the driver at pick-up. If there are toll charges, which are fees/taxes charged for access to certain roads including bridges or tunnels, they will be added to the price of the journey up to the maximum price of the range estimated distance which will not be exceeded. In the latter case, before the end of the trip, the driver will enter in the Application the amount of toll fees, suitcase and objects plus 5 kg, airport fees, customs tax that he will have advanced and which will appear on the receipt which will be notified to you by the driver. In the event of a dispute regarding toll fees, suitcases and items, you can contact the Driver directly using their contact details which you will find on their travel invoice and find an amicable solution or, if necessary, take the necessary measures. Against him (complaint, etc.). In the event of heavy traffic or changing itinerary at your request, the price may be increased, according to the terms provided by the Cooperative meeting. A supplement of 0.70 CHF per baggage or object weighing over 5 kg will be charged.

7.1. Payment for the trip

The "Fees" are defined as follows: the price of transportation services ordered by the customer through the Application/site/call center including applicable taxes, waiting, and cancellation and handling fees. Directly from the Driver in cash. When you make payments by credit card via the Application, Super Travel directly transfers the payments received to the Driver's account. A receipt will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible and can also be consulted through the Application, if you order by SCCVI telephone exchange, you can request a receipt directly from the driver. You agree that we will verify your bank card on behalf of the Driver when you open your Customer Account and also when you wish to place a ride order with a Driver. As a guarantee, you accept that when you order your ride, we carry out, on behalf of the Driver, a pre-authorization on the bank card used as a means of payment and this for the maximum amount of the estimated price range/set of your race. The final amount of Fees will only be debited from the bank card at the end of the race. If the pre-authorization on your bank card fails, your trip request will be canceled. If you have selected the cash payment method and the payment is not made by you at the end of the trip, the Driver will have to find a solution with you or, if you have already left the vehicle, you will have the both the possibility of entering into direct contact with each other through the Application which will allow you to contact each other electronically (email) or by telephone. The SCCVI Super Travel user will not be held responsible for this failure to pay by the driver, such as for example the lack of adequate currency and this amount will not be owed by the SCCVI (and any eventual) to the customer. The Super Travel platform uses a mapping system to predict the distances and time between: - the Customer's Position, the pick-up location, and the arrival location, and - the Driver's and Customer's Position as well as arrival and pick-up locations. The accuracy of distance and travel time estimation are mainly determined by two factors: - The accuracy of the mobile network – and the inherent uncertainty of this criterion; - The precision of the mapping system and the uncertainty of this precision.

In both cases, the app will generate estimated distances and time. These estimates will vary at any time depending on the following criteria: - The accuracy of the mapping platform as to the route it chooses as the fastest route. Some journeys may be made with different routes at different times, depending on traffic variables, such as accidents, roadblocks or traffic jams that the mapping platform may or may not detect. - Quality of the mobile network used (location/time) when a passenger sends a trip request. Some mobiles can use 4G and others 5G. Full 4G/5G deployment may not be achieved in some locations due to lack of network optimization on the operator side. 8. Your obligations

8.1 When using the App/Web/CT Services, you must comply with all applicable legislation. You may use the App/Web/CT Services only for the lawful purposes for which they were designed, as set forth in these Terms. You must not misuse SCCVI mobile applications/websites or attempt to commit any fraudulent act against us.

8.2 Your account is personal. It may not be rented or shared unless expressly authorized in writing by SCCVI/STV. Once you have created an account: You may not register more than one account unless we agree otherwise in writing; You may not authorize third parties to use your account, nor transfer your account to a third party; You must ensure that your account information is accurate, complete and up to date; You must not disclose your confidential login information;

You must notify us immediately if you have reason to believe that someone else knows your username or password or if you suspect that someone else is using your account.

8.3 You must provide accurate and complete information when you register an account and when you use the App/Web Services, Call Center.

8.4 You will be responsible for payment of all charges which may be due in connection with the provision of Super Travel Services or Services Provided by SCCVI providers requested through your account, unless access and use of your account result from a case of force majeure, due to a third party presenting the characteristics of force majeure (example: hacking, computer hacking) or even a failure by SCCVI to fulfill its security obligation. In the event of a theft of your credit card or theft of banking information, you are required to immediately notify your banking establishment in order to take the necessary steps.

8.5 You must not, in your use of the App/Web/CT Services, harm or cause nuisance or material damage, whether to the SCCVI provider or to any other person.

8.6 Fees are inclusive of all taxes, VAT included.

8.7 The child seat is your responsibility

In Switzerland, regarding the safety of children in cars, the same law is in force as in European countries. Some other countries apply much less severe laws, but sticking to Swiss rules is a guarantee of security. 3 categories of child seats must be separated. For the youngest, up to the age of 18 months or up to a weight of 13 kilos, group 0+ is in force. These are baby carriers in which they travel upside down, looking backwards. For children aged 1 to 4, with a weight between 9 and 18 kilos, group 1 applies. In this category, child seats can be oriented both forwards and backwards. And the 3rd category concerns children weighing more than 18 kilos (so approx. from the age of 4), which are group 2/3 seats. These are booster seats secured or not by means of a backrest and which must be installed for children up to the age of 12 years or 150 cm.

Taxi and VTC drivers are responsible for the safety of children up to 12 years old. The driver is responsible for ensuring that passengers wear seat belts during the journey. The driver must ensure that children under 12 years old or less than 150cm tall are properly secured with the appropriate child seat. It is wise to check in advance with your VTC/taxi driver whether the desired category of child seat is available. Please note: taxi/VTC journeys in which children are not restrained according to the rules are not recommended.

8.8 If you have a long journey, you must allow the driver to take a break 45 minutes after 4:30 driving or work. For information, drivers are included in the OTR 2 regulation (, for road safety, you and the driver must respect the rules. Please consult the rules on this site: OTR 2 (

9. Discounts, bonuses and other promotions

The SCCVI/STV may from time to time and at its discretion grant discounts, bonuses or grant promotions to its Customers through coupons, codes or any other means. Unless otherwise indicated, coupons and other discounts are valid for the duration of the promotion and cannot be combined. SCCVI/STV also reserves the right to suspend, modify or remove any discount, bonus or promotion without notice for technical, legal or commercial/opportunity reasons. You acknowledge that SCCVI/STV cannot be held responsible for such suspensions or deletions.

10. Notifications/mailings

By creating the Customer Account or using the Application/site/Call Center you can choose to accept that the SCCVI/STV and Super Travel user communicate to you by SMS, WhatsApp, E-mail and SMS, information relating to the new features, updates or the functioning of the Application or the Super Travel user platform. Notifications can also be made by direct display on the Application, WhatsApp, Email and SMS.

11. Complaints

In the event of complaints regarding a trip, its billing or the service provided, Drivers and Customers will have the possibility of contacting each other directly by electronic means (e-mail) or telephone in order to find an amicable solution (reimbursement via the Application, apologies, etc.) or, where applicable, to take the necessary measures towards each other (complaint, etc.). Additionally, the support app is at your service 24/7.

12. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sub licensable license to install and/or use the mobile applications and/or Technologies VTC websites on your device, for your sole use and solely to enable you to access and use the information made available through the mobile applications/CT and/SCCVI/STV websites. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by SCCVI VTC Technologies and Super Travel User/Driver's licensor.

13. Intellectual property

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights and other rights relating to the Application are the exclusive property of Technologies VTC. These rights include rights related to Super Travel Driver/User software, its databases, trademarks, logos, domain names or other similar rights. These Terms of Use cannot in any way be interpreted as transferring ownership of the Application or any element thereof or its content to users.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the cooperative grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, revocable at any time and non-transferable license (i) to access and use the Application on your personal device for purposes relating solely to your use of the Services, and (ii) access and use of any content, information and related materials that may be made available to you in connection with the Services, in each case solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The Cooperative does not grant any right or license to use its Super Travel names, logos and product names associated with the Super Travel Application and services. You may not (i) copy, redistribute, reproduce, record, transfer, perform or display to the public, broadcast or make available to the public any part of the Super Travel service or otherwise use the Application or the Super Travel service in any manner not expressly authorized by the Terms of Use or applicable law or in any other way infringing Super Travel's intellectual property rights, (ii) sell, rent or sublicense any part of the Super Travel Services, (iii) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Services except as may be permitted by applicable law,

(iv) insert links, create mirror sites or frames of any part of the services, (v) cause or launch any program or script for the purpose of retrieving data, carrying out indexing, browsing data or making data mining of any part of the Services or unduly burdening or inhibiting the operation or functionality of any part of the Services and, attempting to gain unauthorized access to or impair any part of the Services or related systems or networks. In the event of violation of this article, the Customer is exposed to prosecution, in particular but not exclusively in the context of an action for infringement, in addition to termination of the contract.

14. Personal data at SCCVI and Technologies VTC

We take the privacy and security of our users' information very seriously. We do not share information about you without your consent, as described in our privacy statement.

15. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for any damages resulting from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App/Web/CT Services or your violation of any legal provision or the rights of a third party. It is your responsibility to make and keep copies of the data available on your account that you need (e.g. invoices).

16. Lack of liability

The SCCVI/STV Services may be subject to limitations, delays and/or other problems due to the use of the Internet and electronic communications provided by a third party provider, due to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or of the occurrence of a force majeure event. The App(s)/Website(s)/CT Services may be subject to interruptions as part of maintenance that may impact your use of the services and for which you will be informed if necessary.

17. Limitation of liability

17.1 Nothing in these Conditions limits or excludes liability in the event of death or personal injury caused by fault and liability incurred for fraud or theft, nor modifies your rights as a consumer.

17.2 If you act as a consumer, your contractual liability cannot be incurred for damages unforeseeable on the day of conclusion of the contract, linked to the use of the App(s)/Website(s)/CT Services.

17.3 For all users of APP(S)/WEBSITE(S)/CT services not acting as consumers, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages including; (I) Pete of profits, loan of turnover, loan of agreements or contracts, loan of expected savings, loan of data or information and loan of customers.

17.4 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from force majeure.

17.5 For all users of APP(S)/WEBSITE(S)/CT services not acting as consumers, our total responsibility towards you for the use of mobile applications, website, CT of SCCVI Notwithstanding any other agreement between us in which the liability provisions are governed by a separate agreement. We further exclude all warranties and accept no liability for any act or omission by you or any third party.

17.6 Technologies VTC undertakes to the consumer for the proper execution of the App/CT/website Services. The SCCVI/STV Service Provider is required to respect the obligations arising from the provision of the SCCVI/STV Services and in particular the quality of the services (quality, adequacy). The consumer user is reminded that with regard to the SCCVI/STV Services, he concludes a contract directly with the SCCVI/STV Service Provider.

17.7 Technologies VTC /SCCVI cannot be held liable in whole or in part in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the services when this non-performance or poor performance is attributable to you, or when this non-performance or poor performance results from an unforeseeable event. And insurmountable by a third party unrelated to the provision of services, or in the event of force majeure.

18. Termination

18.1 You are free to use the SCCVI App/Website/CT Services (if applicable) at any time and you may terminate these Terms and the App/Website Services by closing your account.

18.2 We may terminate these Terms and your access to the App/Website/CT Services by notifying you in advance in writing and within a reasonable time if (i) you have breached these Terms or the law in relation to the App Services /Website ; or (ii) your conduct constitutes fraud (fraudulent activities may include, but are not limited to: using promotions improperly or for purposes other than those intended; disputing charges on grounds fraudulent or illegitimate; create duplicate accounts; provide false information or falsified documents). This notice does not apply (i) where SCCVI/STV is subject to a legal or regulatory obligation that requires us to terminate your use of the App/Website Services without delay; or (ii) in the event of compelling security reasons relating to the protection of users of the Apps/Website Services, in particular following a criminal complaint communicated to us.

18.3 You can, upon receipt of the notification, contact us to formulate your observations and Complaints. SCCVI/STV will restore, in the event that you provide proof that the failure to fulfill your obligations results from a third party presenting the criteria of force majeure or a case of force majeure, your access to the App/Web Services /CT.

18.4 SCCVI/STV may temporarily limit your access to the App/Web/CT Services, in the event of an alleged breach of your obligations, including when we receive a serious complaint from a Third Party Service Provider or any other third party regarding security.

In this case, we request from you any information useful for establishing the facts. Please note that in certain circumstances we will not be able to provide you with information about the complaint, including where an investigation is underway (either by us or by a third party such as the police).

18.5 If we cannot charge the payment method you have provided to us for the fees you owe us, we will notify you immediately in writing and may suspend or terminate your access to the App(s)/Website(s) Services until payment is made. You can, upon receipt of information relating to the suspension or deletion of your access to the App(s)/Website(s) Services, contact us in order to update your payment information or even formulate your observations and justifications in order to that we can, in the event that you provide proof that the failure to meet your payment obligation is the result of a third party presenting the criteria of force majeure or a case of force majeure, and that you pay the sums due, restore your access to the App/Website/CT Services.

18.6 You must promptly pay all remaining unpaid fees owed to the SCCVI Providers upon termination. These fees will be due notwithstanding the termination hereof and we reserve the right to continue payment after termination.

19. General

19.1 SCCVI/STV reserves the right to modify these Conditions. We will inform you of these modifications by email before they come into force within a reasonable period of time. You will be bound by these modifications once you have accepted them in the mobile applications and/or on the websites of and/or by email, if applicable. If you do not agree with these changes, you are free to close your account in accordance with the article.

19.2 In the event of the invalidity of any provision of these Conditions, the intention of the parties is that the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in force.
