1. What is Super Travel?
Super Travel is an app that you can use anytime, anywhere to meet your different needs (from requesting a car, motorcycle, van to ordering food, etc. (purchase of train tickets, bus tickets, plane tickets, helicopter tickets, hotel reservations, etc.).
2. How can I change my destination during the trip?
To change the destination while traveling, go to the journey options menu and select change or add destination. After determining the new destination on the map, a message will be sent to the driver user and he must accept and agree.

4. How do I request a car with Super?
A- First of all, make sure your mobile phone is connected to the Internet.
B- Download the Super Travel User application from the App Store or Play Store.
C- Then register as a user.

E- Select the desired vehicle category.
F- See prices and request a car.
G- If you need a child seat or wheelchair, click on the child or disabled seat button and if you do not need to ignore this page and continue.
H- Choose a payment method: credit card or cash or by Twint.
J- Then ask for a car.
K- The nearest driver will accept your ride and you will see their profile, car and phone number in the app. You can see the driver's arrival time and route on the map.

9. How can I cancel my trip request?
You can cancel your order by clicking the Cancel button
- Cancellation time: 4 minutes (If you cancel the trip after 4 minutes, the cancellation fees will be deducted from your account.)
- If you cancel the trip after it has started, the entire trip amount will be deducted from your account.
10. How can I stop along the way?
If you want to stop the journey for a few minutes, you must ask the driver and via the wait button the customer will wait for you for a maximum of 5 minutes, and the waiting fee is 0.50 francs per minute.

27. How many user accounts are there in Super Travel and what are their benefits? ?
1- Personal account
- This is an individual and personal account.
2- Professional account.
- An account is intended for businesses.
3- Student account.
- An account is intended for students, This way we can offer special discounts to students.
4- Reduced mobility person account
- This account is intended for elderly and disabled people, that the waiting time of these users can be up to 6 minutes free of charge and that drivers must follow the instructions necessary for the movement of these people during the journey.
28. Is a child seat compulsory?
Yes, you must have a child seat for children under 2 years old
Most of our drivers have seats for children over 2 years old. After setting the origin and destination on the next page, you can click on the child seat button and the driver will accept your ride with the child seat.
In Switzerland, regarding the safety of children in cars, the same law is in force as in European countries. Some other countries apply much less severe laws, but sticking to Swiss rules is a guarantee of security. There are 3 categories of child seats. For the youngest, up to the age of 18 months or up to a weight of 13 kilos, group 0+ is in force. These are baby carriers in which they travel upside down, looking backwards. For children aged 1 to 4, with a weight between 9 and 18 kilos, group 1 applies. In this category, child seats can be oriented both forwards and backwards. And the 3rd category concerns children weighing more than 18 kilos (so approx. from the age of 4), which are group 2/3 seats. These are booster seats secured or not by means of a backrest and which must be installed for children up to the age of 12 years or 150 cm.
Taxi and VTC drivers are responsible for the safety of children up to 12 years old. The driver is responsible for ensuring that passengers wear seat belts during the journey. The driver must ensure that children under 12 years old or less than 150cm tall are properly secured with the appropriate child seat. It is wise to check in advance with your VTC/taxi driver whether the desired category of child seat is available. Please note: taxi/VTC journeys in which children are not restrained according to the rules are not recommended
